            When I sit in junior high school until senior high school, I have a passion that I must to be a doctor, I have a big passion that make me study oriented. But, God give me another plan to me. Now, I am a nursing student, and I have a plan to my own future, I want work in emergency department as nursing with medical surgery specialist. Now, I will tell you about emergency department in RSUD Tugurejo Semarang, because this night I just now visited it.

            RSUD Tugurejo Semarang replaces the name with RSUD Dr. Adhytama Semarang, but until now Tugurejo cannot loose from my thinking to say about the name of this hospital. RSUD Tugurejo is placed in Tugu street, its near with UIN Walisongo Semarang, to reach this hospital you can drive by your personal motorcycle or car, but I suggest that you more safe if you use public transportation because in there is PANTURA street so, you will find too many truck, and its so dangerous. So, to prevent the accident and more careful it better to you go to there by public transportation.

            Emergency department in RSUD Tugurejo is placed in the tip right of the hospital, beside rightout patient’s clinic. In front of this room is car parking area, and beside the emergency room its evacuation track. Emergency department in RSUD Tugurejolook small, I don’t know what emergency like that or how. But I think, in there is small. There are two doors, if you enter the room you must open the first door, the door is way to you enter this room. After you are in the inside, you will find four room, first room is registration place, it is the bigger from the other, if you enter the patient you must register  in the this room. When I in there, the services are so kind, they always smile when they give servicethere was three services, one a girl and two a man. After you registered, you must wait from the moment in the waiting room that placed in front of registration room, in waiting room you can watch a television, if you called by the services you can come and do what the services said. The second room its cashier, this room to you pay all of cost when you take care in the emergency department. In this room there is one man that will help you. The third room is dispensary, it roomprovidethe medicine that needed patient in emergency department. And the last room is lavatory, in this department just have one lavatory, so you must queue if there too many person want use this lavatory.

            In the emergency department, when you enter from the first door, another you find the room, you will find many objects like wheel chair, bed, oxygen tube, many chairs to sit and tools that used to full patients needed.

            After you enter from the first door, you can enter the second door that this room is treatment to the emergency patient, everybody not allow to enter this room, just family that responsibility to the patient, but family that less than 14 years old not allow to enter too. In this room, the situation is not unconditionally, I lookmany people running, especially nurse and the doctor, but I often look a nurse that running. When you enter this room, you will find many doctor and nurse that keep vigilin the near the door. I think, they are practical doctor and nurse, because I look instance sign in their uniform. Near the door too, there is a place that use to doctor and nurse gathered. The place so crowded.

            In the treatment room in emergency department, there is some ward that separated just with curtain. There are 15 wards to treat the patient. In every ward there are emergency tools to make the patient survive and cross the emergency situation. Because of it, in this room so noisy. When I enter this room, I feel so sad becauseI look many patients care by doctor and nurse and they are so pity. If you enter this room you must be strong because you will look many patients that still in emergency condition.

            That is my descriptive text about emergency department in RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. After I look the situation directly, I think I will think again about my passion to take emergency nursing, because after I feel like that, I am not comfort with the condition. I think I want take in pediatrics nursing especially in baby born. But if you want take emergency nursing, that is little descriptive about emergency room in hospital that you work in there.
